  • Install and test new interfaces at exiting customer sites as required
  • Install and assist with configuration of new product features (e.g., 340B, DSCSA, CSOS) at exiting customer sites as required
  • Upgrade customers to latest version of EMM / Performance Center software when such software has been declared Generally Available
  • Advise on issue escalations as required
  • Ability to work collaboratively at multiple levels of the organizations both internally and externally
  • Knowledge and practical skill sets in software installation, technical validation, and interface configuration
  • The ability to work with advanced systems, test for accuracy, and uncover and solve potential technical issues
  • Must have the ability to interact in a team, collaborate, share knowledge, and communicate clearly
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in information technology
  • Experience in interface development and configuration with pharmacy related applications
