In the previous role, I was responsible for other educational tools to the physicians, nursing and medical assistance staff in the correct coding procedures as outlined by federal and state reimbursement guidelines.

• Proficiency with ICD-10-CM coding and guidelines
• Familiarity with CMS regulations and policies related to documentation and coding, both with Inpatient and Outpatient documentation
• HCC coding experience preferred

• Risk Adjustment/CMS knowledge helpful
