  • Work with the internal staff on subsequent periods of disability to ensure effective RTW options are explored
  • Ensure period of disability are accurately entered into the system and deviations addressed in the same day
  • Coordinate with SIU and Fraud as needed maintaining coordination with the adjuster and internal staff
  • Provide coordination to field Human Resources in the areas of FMLA and the Interactive Process
