Consistently drive and deliver high quality and integrated HR Services within the region to ensure great employee experience

Continually review regional service delivery processes, capabilities and resource levels in line with business demand and as the new operating model and technology adoption both mature
Ensure a high degree of key stakeholder satisfaction in the region
Manage and direct the work of People Advisory Services Team determining work procedures, preparing work schedules, expediting the workflow, assigning duties, examining work for accuracy and conformance to policies and procedures, and troubleshooting issues that arise
Take the lead on sensitive employee performance improvement plans and disciplinary processes, including investigations of workplace complaints and allegations such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and policy violations
