  • Mentors, coaches, and develops management team by following the Associate Develop Plan (ADP), including bi-weekly on-on-ones with department Managers, preparing and administering ADP’s for Department Managers quarterly, development and personal growth plan quarterly, self-development on-going, remote monitoring monthly, focus group meetings monthly, prepare and conduct performance reviews
