- Wear a hospital gown with only undergarments underneath, while on camera and/or observed live through an observation window or video monitor

- Because all information concerning patients is of a confidential nature, the Ambassador will not discuss patient information with others not concerned with such information while on duty and will not discuss patient information with persons outside the hospital

- Provides comfort measures such as adjusting bed and pillows, and assist patients to reposition for comfort, when appropriate as directed by nurse
