• Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician or equivalent Preferred
• Application layer technologies including, but not limited to DNS, SSL/TLS, SMTP, POP3/IMAP, HTTP/HTTPS, SMB/CIFS, NFS, SQL
• Knowledge of Virtualization OS like VMWare and Microsoft HyperV
• Basic knowledge of common open source apps such as SendMail, postfix, openLDAP, iptables

• Effective communication skills- spoken and written
• Fork Lift Truck, Loading Shovel, Cherry Picker and/ or Bobcat Licenses would be beneficial, but full training will be provided
