  • Interacts with the Clinical Peer Review vendors maintains updated credentialed lists records
  • Handles incoming phone and e-mail correspondence for the department forwarding as necessary
  • Maintain and update policies, procedures and reports relating the department
  • Assist Medical Director with Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement processes
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and QA/QI reports
  • Tracking Referrals and Turn Around Time
  • Tracks Complaints
  • Invoices/Payments
  • Needs to maintain training attendance and coordinate CEU in conjunction with the Education Manager
  • Obtain QA results from Data Warehouse, collate results and provide reporting to Education Manager
  • Continued support of Citadel letters and enhancements
  • Manages technology and software support for department, provides training and support as required
  • Prepares program minutes for all program meetings
  • Performs related duties as assigned
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business (or a health related field) or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in accounting, finance and data analysis
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Publisher and Excel), SharePoint, Constant Contact and Outlook
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (Import, Analyze and Manage Data, Work with Pivot Tables and Charts)
  • The ability to gather, interpret, analyze and report data
  • Capacity for developing and maintaining positive professional relationships among cross-functional teams
  • Two years’ experience within workers’ compensation/insurance industry
  • Proven time management and project management skills
  • Attentiveness to detail, and the ability to prioritize and follow through, schedule and complete multiple projects with varied schedules required
  • Experience with budget management is preferred
  • Proficiency with database reports and networks
