  • Drive a Portfolio Strategy Council to align the A&A Executive staff on overall Portfolio strategy & assesment. This includes taking new investment/divestment ideas before the A&A executive staff and supporting business case development when appropriate
  • Manage the process for M&A activity. This includes and acting as the primary interface to Corporate Business Development, quick evaluations of Inbounds from bankers, maintaining a target list, and hosting regular status meetings
  • Act as central point to align partnerships for white space and technology for A&A. This includes facilitating the execution of NDA’s with the support of Legal, and facilitating Partnership/Exploration meetings when needed
  • Act as primary interface to A&A Corporate Strategy. Collaborate with A&A Corporate Strategy on initiatives, and to get research and corporate alignment on strategic direction and new expansion opportunities
  • Work closely with Corporate and the A&A Product Unit teams to brainstorm, identify, and prioritize early stage Innovation ideas
  • In summary, the candidate will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to set a strategic course for A&A
  • Experience in developing and driving strategic initiatives, and/or Product Line Management (PLM)
  • Critical thinker who can synthesize vast amounts of info/data into simple frameworks and actionable recommendations
  • Knowledge of Enterprise SW, SaaS Transformation and Telecom OSS/BSS Markets and segments
  • Ability to translate customer needs and pain points into actionable recommendations
  • Strong technology background
  • Ability to be open minded, transparent, and value the opinions and contributions of others
  • 5+ Yrs experience in a Strategy or PLM role
