- Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt or Greenbelt certified
- PMP Certified
- Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
- 5+ years in consulting, analysis and report writing
- 5-10 years in project/ program management office with experience on digital projects
- 5+ years’ experience with Change Management
- 2+ years design / presentation / usability experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Lean Six Sigma project as a Greenbelt or Blackbelt
- Strong project/programme management knowledge from telecommunications environment or online/internet provider
- Analysis skills, experience with data
- Adaptable/flexible attitude
- Influencing and conflict resolution
- Experience in working with cross functional and regional teams
- Strong Stakeholder Management up to exec level
