  • Develop a pragmatic commercial approach based on contractual analysis of project, to protect on a daily basis the project interests towards customer, partners and suppliers/subcontractors

  • Ensure that terms and conditions are timely and wisely transferred to subcontractors and suppliers
  • Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements, facilitate pricing discussions, and obtain senior management input on timelines and deliverables
  • Draft contractual provisions based on strategy discussions, senior management input, and organizational needs and expectations
  • Engage relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions involving legal or regulatory requirements, contract standards and cost targets
  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies that minimize potential losses and benefit the financial performance
  • Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an on-going basis with business partners and internal clients about contractual issues
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, legal, project management or related field preferred. (In some cases, an advanced degree may be desirable.)
  • Prior work experience in a contract management role in Transportation, Engineering, Construction industry
  • Experience in applying organizational standards when developing requests for proposals, negotiating terms and drafting contracts
  • English, Cantonese proficiency at professional level
