- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong ethics, influence and negotiation, leadership, initiative, and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively multi-task and enthusiastically engage in continuous learning
- Bachelor’s or Master’s (or advanced) degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Business
- Eight years of project management, contract settlement, and/or contract management experience or equivalent
- In-depth understanding of the operating rules and regulatory requirements of California energy markets, including knowledge of CAISO, CPUC and FERC
