- General Maintenance of the shop
- Advise Service Advisors of additional work
- Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs needed

- Complete all required Tire Industry Association (TIA) training and all other organization specified training
- Meet scheduled delivery timelines
- If the business needs require it, an associate may be asked to assist in picking material to fill orders
- Provide quality packaging of wheel assembly product to prevent damage in transit of product to our customers and capture evidence of product quality at the time of shipping, IE photographs, QC inspection sticker

- Conduct repairs, tire rotations, and tire balancing

- Perform equipment/machine or reactor setup using a test request, specification, batch sheet or other input form
- Verify and validate that the machine, test, sample are proper prior to initiating a test or experiment
- Follow all procedures including timing of specific events as written
