- Maintain service CSI benchmarks (e.g., group, district, zone, region average) within their defined timeframe (e.g., 3 months, YTD, rolling 12 months), for which the dealership is held accountable
- Perform wheel alignments
- Service grease fittings, universal joints and steering knuckles, using hand or compressed air powered grease gun
- Inspect fluid levels of steering gear, power steering reservoir, transmission, differential, rear axle housings and shackles
- Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants
- Add water to radiator and battery
- Preferred High School Diploma or GED (TIA Certified, Auto Tech Degree preferred)
- At least 1 year of relevant commercial truck service experience is preferred
- Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred
- Ability to accurately document repairs
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (Auto Tech Degree preferred)
- Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience
