Provide technical services with respect to customer and corporate-owned merchandise, either at a Sears Service Center location or in the customer’s home, in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction for all major appliances including gas and refrigeration
Promote other Sears services to customers Sears Card, Sears Club, Home Installed Products, Promote and sell related product lines additional repairs, parts, product cleaners, protection agreements
Assist other Technicians by providing technical instruction
Service Agent will be responsible for attending installation training seminars and keeping up-to-date on all product changes – Service Agent will maintain product knowledge on Subzero, Thermador, Asko, Bosch, Miele, Whirlpool, Kitchen Aid, Jennair, Gaggenau, Maytag, Dacor, Viking, Marvel, Uline, Venmar, Scotsman and Fivestar
Work with customer to satisfy needs and concerns – This may include quoting and selling customers product
Service Agent will maintain product knowledge on Subzero, Thermador, Asko, Bosch, Miele, Whirlpool, Kitchen Aid, Jennair, Gaggenau, Maytag, Dacor, Viking, Marvel, Uline, Venmar, Scotsman and Fivestar
Troubleshoot and identify appliance issues
Provide service repair options, estimates, and timeframes to customers
Ensure every customer's concerns are addressed and resolved
Additional duties as required to include, but not limited to, completing office paperwork notating service calls
