- A minimum of 4 years experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Experience conducting health outcomes projects from inception to publication
- Experience working with consumers of health outcomes information (Payors, HTA, MoH, Government Agencies)
- Excellent organizational, written and oral communications skills
- Experience providing HEOR training to internal stakeholders
- Ideally experienced in the plasma fractionation industry or a closely related industry
