Interact with various levels of the organization to collect and review BI business requirements
Translate business requirements into data requirements and source-to-target table mappings
Maintain all living documents associated with the BI products (mappings, data dictionaries, user training, etc.)
Interact with cross-functional teams where system or data interface activity may occur
Communicates and fosters a strong relationship with business unit functional areas
Support the completion of deliverables for functional integration testing, user acceptance testing and provides user training
Leverage technical skills coupled with business knowledge to act as an interface between architecture, development and testing teams
Oversee the extraction, aggregation and quality assurance of data from multiple sources in support of performing customer reporting, operational reporting and quantitative analyses
Ability to lead requirement definition and design sessions through use of interviews, surveys, user workshops, proof-of-concept demos, etc
Ability to participate in solution design decisions by utilizing a solid understanding of the business problem combined with technical data intelligence knowledge
Strong analytical and communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with business partners, project team members and senior management
Ability to quickly understand and learn business concepts, functions, processes, activities
Ability to present information, analysis, ideas and positions in a clear and convincing manner
Ability to create and understand manipulations of source data to support business requirements
Ability to develop data visualization techniques in order to accurately portray complex data for general consumption
