  • High School Diploma, GED, Equivalent Certification or Military Experience
  • Experience as Tier 3 support in a fast-paced and demanding organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • Certification in appropriate VMware technology – VCP a plus
