Associate’s Degree or at least 60 semester hours of academic credit from a regionally accredited college / university and successful completion of a NAACLS accredited MLT program OR CLA certification and an Associate Degree or at least 60 semester hours from a regionally accredited college / university, including 6 semester hours of chemistry and 6 semester hours of biology OR an Associate Degree or at least 60 semester hours from a regionally accredited college / university including 6 semester hours of biology AND successful completion of a 50 week U.S. Military medical laboratory training course OR three years full time clinical experience in Blood Banking, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Immunology and Clinical Microscopy.
