- Consults with line management on departmental learning and development requirements and provides recommendations
- Supports and co-ordinates the CSL Graduate Program, build relationship and drive feedback, learning and support of the cohorts
- Liaise and collaborate with leaders and the broader HR function to ensure alignment between HR groups and build strategically aligned solutions
- Facilitates Global Talent and Leadership Development as required by the business, including Team and Strategy Days
- In conjunction with the Senior Manager Talent Development, designs, communicates and facilitates leadership development and learning and development programs as well as sustainable continuous learning processes across the organisation to support business goals
- Build internal capability through the provision of coaching and mentoring programs
- Provide support in developing action planning as a result of Employee Engagement outcomes
- Participates in major reviews, employee opinion survey and change management initiatives associated with new facilities, new systems or other organisation-wide changes
