  • Develop briefs for the Owned & Earned outreach/advocacy team and analyse the ROI of team output
  • Support the implementation SEO recommendations to clients’ teams and external agencies
  • Create SEO project plans according to known opportunities and limitations which therefore result in achievable campaigns. Provide progress reports to SEO Account Director flagging risks and potential up/cross-sell opportunities
  • Support and drive the development of the Reprise Media SEO product offering and related disciplines
  • Liaise with Search Team members regarding PPC and Social Media integration
  • Responds to briefs and requests with SEO quotes and SOWs in a timely and accurate manner
  • Conduct comprehensive audit technical SEO documentation, Information Architecture, U.I. reviews and keyword research to client standard
  • Review all documentation authored by the technical SEO Specialists or Executives before communication with the client or client service team
  • A positive attitude and passion for all things digital. Wants to be a future digital leader in the UK space
  • Able to confidently explain the most significant Google milestones of the past 4 years including major updates and how they affected the SEO industry and its clients
  • Experience in managing finance for SEO campaigns and keeping within budgets while maintaining effectiveness
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in an SEO agency
  • Confident presenter with professional demeanour in all matters of client communications
  • Able to confidently and concisely explain the most important SEO ranking factors to a non-technical audience and how to schedule these to maximise ROI
  • High proficiency with SEO tools such as Moz, MajesticSEO, SearchMetrics, Webmaster Tools, AHREFs, etc. Knows strengths and weaknesses of tools and how to best combine datasets to gain actionable insights
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills to communicate daily with client’s project management and development team contacts
  • Working knowledge of front-end web coding (CSS and HTML) according to W3C guidelines
  • Active participation in new business pitches and responses
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture SiteCatalyst and Coremetrics
  • Advanced Excel including pivot tables and analysis to derive useful insights from large datasets
  • Experience of running training events for clients and colleagues
  • International SEO experience
  • Demonstrable contribution to the industry from thought leadership pieces such as articles, blogs speaking at events, etc
  • Setup, configuration and debugging experience of any web analytics tools
  • Multi-lingual at business proficient level
