  • Partner with plant operations team, corporate HQ office to deliver specific requests related to financial information for three sites
  • Supervision and mentoring of accounting team
  • CPA preferred (not required)
  • Approximately 8 or more years of related accounting experience, with at least 2 years specifically in manufacturing environment. Ideal candidate either has a mix of public accounting/industry experience OR strong industry experience in manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP, cost accounting principles
  • Experience with training, supervision of accounting staff strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of financial consolidation tools (i.e. Hyperion, BPC, or Cognos)
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MAS 200, etc.) preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
