  • Secure logistics, prior, during and post programs
  • Act as a key contact person for Group University
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, key internal stakeholders and global HR community
  • Takes the initiative to propose improvements in the existing working procedures and methods
  • Keep abreat of trends in the Training & Development field
  • Be involved in development of new programs
  • Drive communication about Group University through our corporate communication channels
  • Ensures internal customer satisfaction by seeking feedback and providing follow up
  • Influence and support the internal customer in accepting new processes and technologies
