  • Participates in the development of bid strategies and coordinates efforts to produce a products which are compliant with company policy, FAR and DFAR and Contractual requirements

  • Responsible for the timely development of change management estimates
  • Assigns team members to develop estimates
  • Participates in the development of bid strategies working closely with Contracts Manager and Project Control Manager to ensure compliance in maintaining timely and effective change management processes
  • Coordinates and facilitates Task Order changes register for LOGCAP IV
  • Document all changes, no matter how small, to avoid funding/contract issues with customer
  • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARs)
  • Must possess an understanding of earned value (cost performance index/schedule performance index) and baseline (change) management on at-risk lump sum projects

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting. Two (2) years experience in related field can be substituted for each year of the four (4) years of college
  • Typically eight (8) to ten (10) years experience in Project Controls experience. At least five (5) years recent experience in planning/scheduling and cost engineering experience in an engineering and construction environment is required
