- Communicates and documents all daily and project work activities, and is able to safely perform the most complex, difficult assignments with minimal to no direction and can answer questions or train other personnel in those areas
- Maintain all major mechanical systems safe and in operation during production, including platemaking, pressroom, post press and newsprint, , central plant systems such as HVAC, power distribution, and lighting
