- Employee will be site certified in various areas in the wheel or brake shop including but not limited to assembly, disassembly, small parts, test, blast/grinding, mount/dismount, paint, and shipping/receiving

- Make sure all locators are correct for particular model configuration
- Design custom drills, reamers and core drills to perform a given task where standard tools will not work, fill out tool grind request orders
- Fabricate detail parts from raw stock to meet repair or modification requirements
- Drill, ream, and countersink full size holes in parts/assemblies in sequence and to correct size using drill motor, Winslow, 90-degree power vane, and/or Quackenbush
- Apply sealant, alodine, primer and adhesives
- Operate conventional milling and lathe machines to fabricate custom shop aids (e.g., step pins, off set drill bushings, drill blocks, drill jigs)
- Mill or trim clearance on aircraft parts per engineering disposition
