- Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, masonry, glazing, boiler operations, hydraulic, pneumatic, irrigation, welding, pipe fitting, painting, office/cubicle remodels/ repairs and other similar work
