• Receives, unpacks and stores disposable surgical pack products, adult diapers and disposable pads
• Ensure continuity of customer service by training other cart attendants as requested
• Delegate tasks to team members, and ensure efficient daily operations
• Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot
• Ensure that cart facility, bag storage facility, practice facility, valet, and staging areas are always neat and orderly
• Provide all service associated with the practice facility
• Use all guest’s names at all times
• Communicate emergency and safety information to members and guests in a calm and professional manner when applicable
