• Stock and maintain cleanliness of changing rooms, toilets, fitness and spa areas
• Ensuring all documentation on fitness equipment checks, cleaning and Health & Safety are completed in accordance with company policy
• Following Spa and Fitness opening procedures, greeting guests upon arrival and check in guests where necessary inspecting the Spa and Fitness area making sure it is fully stocked, clean and tidy regularly throughout the day
• Knowledge of standard gym equipment
• Knowledge of general customer service standards and procedures
• Experience with basic gym equipment repair
• Certificate III in Health and Fitness (Gym Instructor), Certificate IV (Personal Trainer) or equivalent
• Maintain the fitness class schedules on the community website and via Fitness on Demand programming
