  • Delegates appropriate authority to employees to achieve their assigned responsibilities and holds employees accountable
  • Works collaboratively with the Administrator, senior management and key resource individuals to deliver clinical services that result in positive clinical and financial outcomes and high customer satisfaction
  • Contributes to the annual Home Health Operational plan; develops goals and performance indicators for areas of responsibility
  • Manages and controls financial outcomes of department by effective use of resources, both human and material; contributes to the development of the agency operating and capital budgets related to areas of responsibility
  • Participates as a key member of the Home Health Operations committee; participates in other committee and workgroup meetings at CCHC, CCF and in the system hospitals, as requested
  • Participates in the planning and implementation of appropriate training and competency assessment for all agency staff
  • A minimum of 7 years progressive health care management experience with at least 5 of those in home care required
