Responsibilities are to primarily act as PeopleSoft Base Benefits, BenAdmin and eBenefits expert to the client and support and work on their day to day benefits supporting activities in the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application
Resource will be looked upon to provide benefits expert advice and guidance on how to configure the PeopleSoft Base Benefits, Ben Admin and eBenefits product
Resource will work with client Benefits Department end users and client ERP Administrators and guide them on how to use PeopleSoft HCM Benefits, Base Benefits, Ben Admins and eBenefits
Resource will be responsible for functionally and technically supporting annual Benefits Open Enrollment in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and ongoing life events benefits enrollments throughout the year
Resource will be expected to support the client via PeopleSoft product on any state or federal mandated healthcare acts – old and new laws and regulations
Resource will work on all severity SRs including SEV 1 SRs with Oracle Corporation for any PeopleSoft benefits product related issues and thereby support the client in fixing the PeopleSoft benefits product issues
