• Previous investment banking internship preferred
• Relevant capital markets experience or prior industry experience in an engineering or geology role at an energy related company is preferred
• Experience in Investment Banking (corporate finance/M&A) or equivalent is essential
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, banking products and solid financial modeling skills
• Research and analyze clients’ financial metrics, industry and market data
• Compile data through due diligence and prepare comprehensive reviews that analyze transactions and client risks
• Review and analyze reporting and compliance of existing clients and developing industry trends
