Ensure that the offshore and onshore teams are communicating well with each other
Work with onshore and offshore teams to assign clear owners for all tasks and deliverables
Ability to lead these projects through an agile methodology approach, leading the front-end team
Facilitate daily standing meetings and communication between sprint teams
Remove delivery related impediments for both onshore and offshore teams
Track completion of all deliverables for project and sprint (assisted by offshore PM for deliverables owned by offshore)
