- Ensures that department is kept clean and organized
- Assists with equipment maintenance and cleaning of supplies

Rehab Tech Job Description
- Provide mobility opportunities for the various medical surgical patients, including bed mobility, upright
- Ensuring the resident care policies and procedures are followed, in compliance with applicable quality of care standards
- Assisting clinical rehabilitation staff with preparation of treatment area, customer transport (ambulatory or wheelchair) to and from the Rehab department
- Maintaining the cleaning, maintenance and inventory of all Rehab equipment
- Scheduling rehabilitation appointments

Rehab Tech Job Description
- Performs all other duties as assigned or as required in an emergency
- Meets deadlines and commitments with little supervision necessary
- Uses safe techniques for protection of patients and self in performing duties

Rehab Tech Job Description
- Experience in working in a health care setting preferred but not required
- The incumbent shall be, at minimum, a high school graduate
- Experience working with adult and geriatric populations is desirable
- Experience working in a hospital or other health care setting is desirable
- Current BLS certification required or obtained within ninety days of completing new employee orientation
- One (1) year healthcare experience in any capacity (preferred)
- Transport patients to and from treatment areas
