- Accurately collect, record, and ensure distribution of information to appropriate staff via computer and/or manual systems

- Accept reservations from physicians and/or their representatives for elective, urgent or direct emergency admissions
- Assess patient's needs based on clinical high risk screen to include information about patient's discharge needs, advanced directive status, disabilities, special arrangements needed while in the hospital, communication needs
