Must have knowledge and the capability of troubleshooting and servicing building chilled water, steam and condensate systems including PRVs, steam traps, electric controls, control systems, valves, valve actuators, various types of pumps, water treatment, VFDs, compressed air systems, air dryer systems, lab vacuum pump systems, and refrigerant reclamation systems
Additional duties will include troubleshooting customer service calls for temperature comfort inside our buildings
