- Freight Specialist is Full Time, Non-Exempt 40 hours per week non supervisor position
- Will work closely with Movement and Freight operation section
- Will access multiple data bases to monitor, track and verify incoming and outgoing shipments
- Coordinates with Transportation Service Providers (TSP) on assigning special services, completing final documentation and instruction, and print the final bill of lading
- May be required daily to assist in customer service
- Must have a complete understanding of specific rules and regulations as it applies to the shipping military equipment & personal property (inbound and out bound)
- High school diploma required, preferred Associate Degree
- Pick, pack, label and fill out required paperwork for shipment
- Verify that orders and paperwork have been completed accurately

- A minimum of 3 years with International Freight Forwarding experience and at least 3 years of Customs Brokerage/ Transportation/Logistics experience
