- Serves as a principal inspector on medium-size construction projects
- May lend technical guidance to client personnel assigned to project and review the Contractor’s operations to assure technical adherence to plans and specifications
- Advises interested parties as to the Contractor’s progress, possible over-run of quantities or potential delays
- Responsible for routines associated with the replacement of paving removed for construction work

- 5+ years of office, industrial and maintenance facility construction in a large project environment including structures, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, finishes, security systems and construction code compliance, preferred
- Sub-code certifications, desirable
