- Reference blueprint and confer with Lead person to determine job requirements

Fabricator Job Description
- Work with teams or work independently supporting shipping of equipment
- Maintain control of materials for projects
- Report any material shortages to the Supervisor or Materials planning group
- Adhere to, and enforce the policies and procedures of Easom Automation

- Maintain Power and Hand Tools
- Keep Work Area Clean and Hazard Free
- Work With Other as Needed to Complete Projects

- Fabricates various structural equipment from blue prints and work orders
- Welding, fabrication, rigging, lifting of heavy dangerous objects in a safe manner, use of fork lifts, use of scissors lifts, use of cutting equipment, torch, plasma saw, assembly and painting of projects general repair and maintenance of shop equipment

- Perform specific operations as explained on the router and procedures
- Works under the direction of a leader, higher classified fabricator, or a supervisor
- Works from written or oral instructions in the necessary operations to meet schedules in compliance with job and quality standards
- Builds the less complex fixtures, jigs, or templates of metal as necessary
- Interprets blueprints and cuts stock into precise dimensions, using power-driven saws, hand shears, or similar equipment
- Performs skilled fitting and assembly of parts by welding, riveting, bolting, screwing, bonding or gluing
- Sets up and operates shop machines such as power brakes, grinders, shears, punches, sanders, drills and power saws
