- Create and execute the Milgard Performance System (MPS) objectives
- Transporting cargo over highway and off-road routes

- Perform other duties assigned as by the manager or authorized personnel
- Waste pick up from customer locations utilizing mainly tractors with roll-off trailers and bobtails
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste (i.e., compatibilities of liquid to tank)
- Pick up waste from customer locations utilizing roll-off and/or end dump units
