- Responsible for processing of incoming food and feed samples for analytical testing in compliance with all applicable standard operating procedures and quality systems care and maintenance of equipment associated with this testing

- Calculate the quantities of the required ingredients to adjust the entire batch and communicate the “adjustment” requirements to the production floor

- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation
- Potentially operate and maintain water treatment plant for production of de-ionized / ultra-pure water and wastewater treatment plant required to maintain Zero Liquid Discharge facility status
- Ability to support a 24/7 rotating shift schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays as needed
