- Trains the SMW Aviation Safety Mentor and shall advise the SMW SOAG Commander and shall directly Train, Advise, Assist and Mentor (TAAM) the SMW Aviation Safety Officer while also assisting the subordinate SMW Commanders and their staffs in matters relating to aviation and ground safety planning and implementation
