• Previous successful Diving coaching at the college, High School or Club level, previous Diving experience at the college, high school or club level, experience in recruiting
• Extensive knowledge of Swimming & Diving
• College and/or national/Olympic level coaching experience
• Collegiate and/or national/Olympic level participant experience
• Substantial head swimming and diving coaching experience at the high school level, club or above OR substantial assistant swimming and diving coaching at the intercollegiate or professional levels
• Experience in coaching swimming at an NCAA institution (preferably Division 1)
• Experience coaching diving preferred
• Previous collegiate coaching and recruiting experience preferred

• Administers the daily operation of the Linsey pool including scheduling its use, training, supervising and scheduling lifeguards, and serving as liaison to Facilities Services to assure the pool is fully functional at all times
• Serves as aquatics director and maintains certification as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
• Proficiency working with TeamManager and MeetManager programs
• CPR, First Aid, AED, and Life Guarding certifications
• Knowledge of computer technology to assist head coach in recruiting, alumni relations, and fundraising
• Significant knowledge of diving
• Proven success in recruiting and in coaching at the college or an equivalently high level
