• Certification in Men's Rugby governing body
• Rugby skills and working knowledge of attacking patterns and overall Back play
• Coaching license with USA Rugby according to the National Governing body guidelines
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are also preferred
• Demonstrate commitment to NEWCRC guidelines and regulations
• Thorough knowledge of rules governing the sport of Rugby
• Understanding of and commitment to the NEWCRC’s primary purpose of maintaining intercollegiate athletics as an integral part of the educational program and the athlete as an integral part of the student body
