• Effectively manage planning exception messages and institute standard work across planning to ensure thorough research is concluded before acting upon the message
• Work closely with ISC Program Managers to understand VOC and establish needed value-stream improvement for business performance improvement
• Work closely with Master Scheduling and the Director Manufacturing at each manufacturing location to ensure balance is achieved and an executable plan
• Create a work culture and environment for the planning team to focus on doing whatever it takes to compliantly execute material requirements to achieve on-time product delivery
