- Five (5) years of experience in IT sourcing, category and supplier management required
- Solid ability to work cross-functionally across multiple business lines, including a depth of knowledge in strategy development and implementation
- Able to effectively make decisions
- Organized, detailed oriented, able to make productive and efficient decisions
- Proven examples of displaying the IH values: Passionate, Caring, Respectful, Trustworthy, Collaborative and Accountable
