RN-PM Job Description
- Accurately documents on treatment plan illustrating patient progress or need for additional problem or intervention identification
- Communicates effectively with physicians and ensures orders are accurate and carried out accordingly
- The Shift Supervisor plans, provides, evaluates direct and indirect care to the patients of the hospital on his/her assigned shift

- Performs thorough, systematic and accurate physical assessments
