- Function as a member of the multidisciplinary health care team to assess, plan and administer nutrition care to patients with nutritional risk factors
- Assess nutritional needs and identify nutrient requirements for patients on parenteral and enteral nutrition
- Coordinate safe transition, from hospital to home, for patients requiring home infusion and/or enteral therapies
