Team with GWM US Operations Business Partner in developing budgets and forecasts, supporting the ongoing monthly results primarily regarding headcount
Evaluate results and ensure they are communicated and understood (through regular business reviews) and that the appropriate actions are identified and prioritized
Develop working relationships with the business partners to implement Action Plans and provide governance support for the UT Program in general
