• Prior experience and knowledge of operating floor care equipment preferred
• Knowledge of automatic floor machine, battery burnisher, cord burnisher, battery extractor, cord extractor, rotary floor machine, riding floor scrubber and riding vacuum preferred
• A complete knowledge of all equipment, test methods, and applicable specifications associated with the areas of responsibility (Item II)
• Experience in equipment calibrations, equipment inventory
• Delivering / disseminating learning activities, such as coaching, classroom instruction and workshop training
• Problem recognition & problem solving abilities
• Knowledge of and utilization of available technical resources
